Stop Smoking

In less than twenty-nine days
you can become a Non-Smoker ...
That Means "YOU'LL NO LONGER DESIRE
TO SMOKE" ... ever again!

Even though YOU desperately want to quit
I’ll bet the thought of
NEVER SMOKING AGAIN
Scares You!

Your deep-seated fears stem from thoughts like these ...

  • How can I live my whole life constantly battling my desire for a cigarette?
  • My life would be empty without the comfort of a cigarette.
  • How could I concentrate or relax without an occasional cigarette?
  • I don't want to live my life being irritable and short-tempered.
  • Having a glass of wine, talking on the phone or socializing could never be as enjoyable without a cigarette.

In just twenty-nine days you will be rid of these thoughts and fears ... forever. You will easily walk away from cigarettes because YOU will lose ALL DESIRE to smoke.

To become a true non-smoker involves more than simply NOT SMOKING.
To become a true non-smoker means you will be in a place where the entire concept of smoking loses ALL its appeal.

THAT IS REAL FREEDOM

You can finally be free of the shackles, the fear, the addiction

and the humiliation of smoking.

There is only one requirement on your part for the above statement to come true: You have to really want to quite smoking. If you do, then I can promise you that your thoughts and desires about cigarettes and smoking will be radically different and you’ll never look back. You will be smoke free.

  • There are NO PILLS or drugs to buy
  • It does not involve hypnosis or acupuncture
  • This is NOT a step-by-step process to gradually quit smoking
  • There are no supplements, no nicotine gum, patches or gimmicks
  • You will change your thoughts and your desires toward smoking ... and it will radically change your whole life

In just twenty-nine days you can enjoy the freedom and liberation

of thinking like a non-smoker.

What does it mean to THINK like a non-smoker?

As a non-smoker would you think about ...

  • Not being able to concentrate without a cigarette?
  • Being irritable because you’re not allowed to smoke?
  • How many cigarettes you have on hand and if you have enough to see you through until you can buy more?
  • How long a meeting might last before you can sneak away for a cigarette?
  • What you may have missed while you were out for a smoke?
  • The long term cost to your health and to your finances to support such a destructive addiction?
  • Driving around in the dead of winter with the car windows rolled down?
  • Feel embarrassed by the lingering smell of stale smoke on your breath, clothes, hair, car and home?
  • How your habit reflects on those around you ... your family, co-workers and friends?

The answer of course is a resounding no! A non-smoker never has these "energy draining" thoughts and in twenty-nine days neither will you.

How I Quit a 60 Cigarette-a-day Addiction!

Hi, my name is Richard Fast and I am a former smoker. In fact, I was probably one of the world’s most addicted smokers who eventually got to the insane place of smoking over 60 cigarettes a day! For the last ten years that I smoked, I was constantly torn between my desperation to quit and my inability to imagine living the rest of my life without smoking. There seemed no way out of this dilemma.

I took up smoking when I was fourteen and by the age of sixteen I was a “committed” smoker. Within three years I had managed to increase my daily intake of cigarettes to two packs per day. By the time I was twenty-one, I was up to three packs per day – which at the time I thought must be close to the physical limits since there are only so many hours in the day. That was until I began waking up during the night to … you guessed it, “enjoy” another cigarette.

I was a bona fide smoker. In fact, I actually couldn’t see life worth living without cigarettes. After all, if I quit how could I ever again enjoy talking on the telephone without the aid and comfort of a smoke? How could I ever enjoy a beer without an accompanying cigarette? Enjoying a delicious meal and relaxing in front of the TV would be “empty” without the perfect finishing touch ... a cigarette. I simply couldn’t imagine living without them.

"But like every seasoned smoker knows, it’s a life sentence of slavery.
Like all smokers I always told myself that I would quit before it was too late,
whatever that meant."

As a smoker I loathed this part of my life. I was angry and disgusted that I was so controlled by my addiction to this utterly destructive habit. Then one day I decided that I would quit, but I also decided that I was definitely not going to try to quit that day. Instead I would look at the psychological bond that I had tied myself to. Rather than trying to quit immediately, or trying to cutback as I had in the past, I actually forced myself to increase my daily intake.

So when I say I was going to increase my daily intake, I literally began to light one cigarette from the previous. Were there many times that I had just finished a cigarette and didn’t feel like smoking another at that moment? Almost always. But I forced myself to smoke it anyway because if cigarettes are so pleasurable, why would I possibly deprive myself of all the pleasure I could muster?

With each cigarette I smoked I really thought about how much I hated it. I didn’t realize it at the time, but I was “subconsciously” reprogramming my beliefs that smoking was “pleasurable” and “impossible to quit.” This self-imposed torture of continually smoking went on for a couple of weeks. I knew that I was going to quit, I knew that I had to quit but I really didn’t know how or when.

HOW I BROKE THE CURSE OF THIS
OVERPOWERING ADDICTION

From the moment I DECIDED that I was FINALLY going to quit smoking I felt a sense of power, a sense of confidence … but I didn’t quit smoking at that moment. I JUST KNEW that I would quit but I also KNEW that I would first have to change my inner beliefs, and as soon as that happened I would finally be in control.

I WAS GOING TO DISCOVER WHY I
EVEN WANTED TO PUT ANOTHER
CIGARETTE IN MY MOUTH

I KNEW I had to break my “illogical thinking.” I had to consciously and subconsciously understand that the very thing that was destroying my life – physically and mentally – actually had me believing that without it – life wasn’t worth living. IMAGINE!

BREAKING THE DESIRE

Day by day I began to whittle away it my deepest fears and my most cherished beliefs ... that I needed cigarettes in my life. Within two weeks of self-examination and discovery I began to see my “addiction” and dependence in a very different light. I began to see it for what it really was … an illusion. Whatever pleasure, comfort and security that I thought I was getting from smoking began to pale next to the physical, the mental and the emotional stress I was constantly enduring. I began to see just how delusional my thoughts and behaviors really were.

AFTER ABOUT TWO WEEKS OF SELF-EXAMINATION
YOU WILL EXPERIENCE A DEEP SHIFT IN YOUR THINKING –
YOUR TRUE WANTS AND DESIRES WILL RADICALLY CHANGE

Although I was still smoking throughout this entire period of SELF-DISCOVERY, there were powerful and permanent changes going on deep inside my subconscious mind.

And then it happened … I woke up one day and instinctively reached for a cigarette and was about to light it up when I realized that I had lost my desire to smoke. Something had changed. A deep shift in my thinking had taken place.

When You Change Your
Deepest Thoughts About Smoking You Will
Instantly Transform
Your DESIRE ... and then ...
You Will Never Want to Smoke Again.

I had finally come full circle in my thoughts toward smoking. I knew that something had happened. The previous two weeks of becoming acutely aware of my faulty assumptions about the pleasures of smoking, began to topple my old beliefs like a house of cards.

HOW I CHANGED MY DISILLUSIONED THINKING

  • I used to think that smoking calmed my nerves, but by that assumption then everyone who “doesn’t” smoke should be a nervous wreck.
  • I thought that smoking helped me to concentrate and think, but the more I looked at my behaviors, and the more I noticed non-smokers having no difficulty thinking and concentrating without a cigarette, the more I began to question my deepest thoughts and beliefs.
  • I had always told myself that smoking brought me comfort and relaxation, but when I had to go outside at ten o’clock at night to brush the snow off my car and shovel my way out just to feed my irrational cravings, I started questioning my deep beliefs. I began to ask if cigarettes were the cure of my anxiety or the cause of my anxiety.

One by one the deep-seated beliefs and illusions I harbored about the positive affects of smoking began to crumble. I finally realized that quitting smoking would not mean I had to battle a lifetime of craving. The entire concept of the pain and struggle of withdrawal suddenly became ... laughable. I knew it was a paper tiger.

And that was the day that I finally changed my thoughts and feelings toward smoking. I had easily and deliberately destroyed all the delusional thoughts that made me think smoking had a hold over me and that it had certain benefits. As soon as I changed my thoughts I was liberated with effortless ease. I knew that I would never smoke again.

The knowing was so complete that when I got out of bed and looked at my pack of cigarettes I calmly threw them in the garbage, got dressed and went to work. I haven’t smoked a cigarette in twenty-three years.

"To this day, I will still say that my greatest accomplishment was breaking my addiction to smoking. I have an indescribable feeling of freedom and self-determination."

“I have my freedom back!”

Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful program! Not only was it enjoyable, it was easy to follow. I am free of all desires for nicotine!

I am so pleased with this program, I am going to follow every one available! Thanks again. I have my freedom back!
~ Donna Whitley

TO TRULY BECOME A
NON-SMOKER MEANS TO LOSE
YOUR DESIRE TO SMOKE

Most smokers subconsciously and even consciously – believe that life would be empty without a cigarette and that quitting would require a never-ending battle of willpower and feelings of depravation.

I used to believe the exact same thing. In fact, I couldn’t imagine anything else. As much as I hated my compulsion and addiction to cigarettes, I honestly didn’t believe that life would be enjoyable without them.

Isn't it strange how we can sometimes believe the most irrational things?

Our beliefs can play havoc with us even when we logically know OUR BELIEFS don’t make sense. We can actually fool ourselves into believing that ingesting something we hate, something that is destroying our health, our wellbeing and our confidence is actually necessary for our enjoyment of life!

We so desperately want to stop smoking, but we seem powerless to fight against the craving. Then as soon as we have that smoke that was so “blindly satisfying” just moments ago, we once again feel angry, ashamed and frustrated. In fact, even the attempt at trying to quit can increase our sense of powerlessness.

You Can Stop This Random Behavior
Easily and Permanently

I was locked into the very same endless loop. I would desperately want a cigarette, I would smoke it, and then I immediately began feeling guilty for having it and “needing” it. Then within a short time I forgot my earlier feelings and again I just had to have another cigarette, and then I began hating myself all over again.

In my desperation to quit smoking and break the endless cycle feeling frustrated and guilty, I turned to anything that promised a cure. I tried acupuncture, hypnosis, cold turkey, cutting-down gradually, but all these remedies resulted in failure. I would manage to quit for a period of time but I was always fighting my endless DESIRE to smoke.

The Cure to Breaking Your DESIRE to Smoke CANNOT be found

in NRT (Nicotine Replacement Therapy)

Depending on the research you find, the failure rate of NRT products is anywhere between 90 to 95%. Think of all the ex-smokers you know who have quit for two years or more. How many of them quit using NRT products?

If an alcoholic is trying to break his addiction to alcohol, would you prescribe drinking beer instead of whisky? If a heroin addict was trying to break his addiction to shooting-up would you prescribe taking the drug in pill form as a logical path to breaking his heroin addiction?

As crazy as those suggested “cures” sound, that is exactly what is being prescribed to smokers who are given NRT products. It's an attempt to break a nicotine addiction by prescribing nicotine! You do not need nicotine. It is a poison.

When a smoker smokes a cigarette, he temporarily feels like a non-smoker because he no longer feels the slight emptiness of nicotine withdrawal. Forty-five minutes after smoking a cigarette, half of the nicotine has left the smoker’s body which begins to trigger a slight urge to “top-up” again. If he focuses on the desire for a cigarette – while not being able to have one – it becomes an all consumming obsession. He begins to feel anxious and nervous and finds it difficult to concentrate. Then, when he finally does have the smoke he will mistakenly believe that smoking helped to calm his nerves, cure his anxiety and help him to concentrate. THAT IS ONE OF THE GREAT DELUSIONS ALL SMOKERS HAVE.

So here’s the question ...

Was the Cigarette the Cause or the Cure for the Smoker's Anxiety

and Lack of Concentration?

When a smoker tries to quit using NRT, it’s nothing other than a long, slow, and expensive form of torture. The fact is, when you quit smoking, in just three days all of the nicotine has left your body. The entire illusion of a lifetime of withdrawal is only in the smoker’s mind. In physical reality it doesn’t exist. That is why, changing your thoughts on smoking ... dealing with the “cause” – why you want to smoke in the first place – can be such an effortless path to breaking free of all your desire to smoke.

The Extraordinary Power of Your Thoughts and Beliefs

Never underestimate the power of your thoughts and the power of the human mind. I know of a number of people who were life-long smokers who simply could never imagine living without cigarettes. They believed – like I used to believe – that as much as they wished they could quit, life was somehow easier to live with cigarettes than without them.

Here’s the sad truth. When these people were told by their doctor that they had contracted cancer, every one of them tossed their cigarettes aside and never smoked again. How was that possible? Because they instantly changed the way they thought. There was no longing, no craving, no withdrawal, no lingering feeling of missing an important part of life, they simply and immediately changed the way they thought.

I didn’t share that above example as a scare tactic. You get scare tactics on every pack of cigarettes you smoke. Scare tactics don’t work. I use this example because I want you to KNOW that your addiction to smoking is NOT a physical challenge, it’s a mental challenge. When you change the way you truly think about cigarettes, smoking and nicotine will have absolutely NO POWER over you.

AFTER YEARS OF REFLECTION AND INTROSPECTION I FINALLY DISCOVERED HOW I STOPPED SMOKING ...
EASILY, EFFORTLESSLY AND PERMANENTLY

For many years I had always thought that I had quit smoking through willpower. Today I know that nothing could be further from the truth. What I did was systematically change my thought process. I had slowly but surely began to see my habit and addiction for what it was. When I thought cigarettes were my friends I was completely under their control. When I changed my thinking to realize they were my biggest enemy I finally had control. It was then, and only then that I could stop smoking ... permanently!

"I experienced a complete shift in my thinking, thoughts and desires."

I did a combination of the stopping cigarettes program and the losing weight program. Since I was dealing with a sugar addiction, the days leading up to having "the-last-cigarette" (or sugar in my case) were the hardest for me. I could not imagine myself "stopping sugar" cold turkey and I also didn't feel like I had an alternate plan in mind at that point. Much to my surprise, several days went by and I hardly thought about needing to have sugar or a dessert.

At this point it occurred to me that perhaps some "magic" had taken place, but at the same time I doubted it since I have quit sugar for more days than that in the past. Over five months have now passed and I still am not craving sugar and am quite convinced that I am in a new, easeful place regarding my life-long habit of sugar controlling me.

I experienced a complete shift in my thinking, thoughts and desires.

Introducing ...  29 DAYS ... to your
life without cigarettes!

... A REVOLUTIONARY 4-WEEK PROGRAM THAT GUIDES YOU THROUGH A STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS TO COMPLETELY TRANSFORM YOUR THOUGHTS, YOUR DESIRES AND YOUR ADDICTION

It’s probably safe to say that you desperately want to quit smoking but at the same time you find it hard TO BELIEVE that you can REALLY LIVE the rest of your life without continually struggling against this desire.

As painful as smoking is right now, you probably believe that without cigarettes life would be even more difficult.

This program will take you through a complete change in your thoughts and desires toward smoking. In less than twenty-nine days you will lose your desire to smoke. You will finally have complete freedom from cigarettes.

HOW DOES 29DAYS WORK?

WEEK ONE: AWARENESS
Through simple observation and awareness, you will begin to notice why and when you smoke. You will begin to understand your present thoughts, desires, fears and the perceived pleasures you associate with smoking. Without awareness you cannot hope to change your thoughts. Being aware is the first law of learning, change and growth. This week will also help you to build a strong foundation of commitment that will support you in the coming weeks.

WEEK TWO: BUILDING COMMITMENT

Now that you have established awareness of your smoking patterns, and you know your heart and mind are totally committed to achieving your goal, week two is designed to prepare you for action. You will begin to ask yourself simple but vital questions. These questions and observations will open your eyes wide to the mistaken assumptions and fears that have kept you hostage to smoking. By day ten or eleven of this program you will be forming powerful new thought patterns. Your self-confidence and personal power over your smoking habit and addiction will begin to show signs of life!

WEEK THREE: TAKING ACTION

By now you’ll be wanting to take action, and that is precisely the time to take it! If you’re not ready you will be guided back to an earlier part of the program. You will not be asked to do anything you’re not totally ready and committed to doing. If you’re like most people, you’ll be anxious to apply your new knowledge and begin to enjoy your new life of freedom that you want and so richly deserve.

WEEK FOUR: STAYING THE COURSE

This week is really about driving home the concept that you are a non-smoker. You will begin to know that you are finally free and that you will never be hostage to smoking again. In fact, if you stay with this program for the entire twenty-nine days, it will no longer be possible for you to return to your old thought patterns, habits and desires. You will be completely free of the invisible hold cigarettes and smoking once held over you.

Too often in life we are so afraid of failure that we fail to even try. There is however one thing in life that is a certainty ... if you don’t try you will never succeed at anything. The more you try, the more you learn and the more you succeed. There is nothing to be afraid of in this program, you will not be asked to do anything you’re not willing to do. Trust this process ... you’ll be amazed at what you discover about yourself and the power you truly have.

Quitting smoking is a process rather than a single act
or event. You will be taken through a process
that will work EVERY TIME. All you need is the DESIRE.

Why take this program

One more person telling you to quit for your health won't change your mind.

We know you don't think smoking is good for you. We're not going to change your mind about smoking by giving you the usual arguments about your health, the environment, and the cost of cigarettes. You know all that, and it hasn't changed you into a non-smoker yet.

We're going to change your mind on a much more fundamental level.

Smoking is a habit – a bad habit that also happens to be highly addictive. The fact that it's a bad habit is (believe it or not) more concerning than the addiction part. Breaking an addiction is just a matter of time. It has physical consequences and it's definitely uncomfortable, but that's not the hard part of quitting.

The hard part of quitting smoking is when you want a cigarette for reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with an addiction to nicotine. That's the bad habit you've developed. It's a series of pathways carved into your brain that tell you smoking is the answer to your problems.

And you're going to break the habit by eliminating those pathways one at a time. In just twenty-nine days.

How does it work?

We're not going to lie – quitting smoking can be uncomfortable to some people. There's no getting around that. But most ex-smokers will tell you that they didn't have much trouble quitting. They have trouble not starting again.

With our program, you're going to build the new neuron tracks, thought processes, and active habits that mean you simply don't want to start again.

When you were a child, you would never have thought a cigarette could solve any of your problems. That's a habit you learned as a teen or as an adult, and it's a habit that can be un-learned in 29 DAYS.

And then you'll be right back to where you were before this bad habit began – blissfully enjoying your life without ever thinking that the only thing that could improve this moment is a cigarette.

You'll never go back. You'll never want to go back. And you'll never have to quit again.

How this program works

The 29DAYS program breaks down into four easy weeks, each starting on a Monday.

You'll receive two emails every day from your online coach so that you have the support you need, right there with you. Your online coach will also keep track of whether you've responded to your daily emails to say you're still hanging in. That's how we help you stay accountable – and how you can actively build new patterns in your mind through repetition.

Week One: Commitment and Awareness Week

If you aren't committed to your goal, you won't succeed. In this first week, we'll help you commit to your goals with a strong foundation that supports you when temptation starts whispering away at you, encouraging you to fall prey to those old destructive routines you've shed.

You'll learn observation and awareness techniques that help you understand your current bad habits, such as when you're most likely to fall prey to them and what triggers the desire to give in. This means you'll have tools to fight back and stay strong.

Week Two: Preparation Week

After you've committed to your goal and become aware of the true extent of damage your current bad habit creates, you can start to prepare for the change ahead.

This is where the 29DAYS program really sets itself apart from all the rest – you develop your very own ideas on how to make permanent changes.

It's important that you take control of your own personal changes. We'll help you build powerful new neuron tracks and thought processes, and you'll feel empowered to change by being in full control of how those changes happen.

Week Three: Taking Action

Enough planning; it's time to get to work. By developing awareness of your current bad habits and tailoring your plans for change to your personal weak spots and desires, you'll be more than prepared to put your plan to good use.

Our daily reminders, visualizations, and affirmations have helped you develop the strong neural changes that make it easy for you to replace those bad behaviors with your planned good ones. Your take-action steps may be small, but you'll be able to put them in place knowing they're here to stay. For good.

Week Four: Staying the Course

You've probably tried to change your habits before – but slipped back into your old destructive routines. That's why this final week is so important, because this is when you cement those new habits into place and learn to stay the course.

And by this point, you're nearly at the end! If you stick with your course through the final week, it will be nearly impossible for you to go back to your old habits. Developing new habits is a process, and you'll already be reaping the rewards of the small changes you've made.

The best news is that these changes happen permanently. You won't ever go back. You won't ever slip back into your old ways again.

In just twenty-nine days, you'll have a new lease on life. A new way of experiencing your day.

Introduction

29 DAYS ... to your life without cigarettes! is about freedom ... your freedom. Have no fear of this program, you won’t be asked to give anything up whatsoever.

If you stay with me for the length of this program, you will be an ex-smoker in twenty-nine days. I will go even further to say that this process will be simple and permanent. If you really want freedom from smoking, it will be yours within twenty-nine days, and you’ll never look back.

As a former smoker I would rank myself among the world’s most addicted individuals. I started smoking when I was very young, and before I quit for “good,” I could not imagine, in my wildest dreams, that I could really enjoy life’s special moments without a cigarette. I know these thoughts run through the mind of every smoker. That’s why we believe it’ll be so hard to quit!

One of the greatest obstacles to quitting smoking is fear––fear of change––fear that life will be empty without cigarettes; fear that you will experience withdrawal, stress and anxiety for the rest of your non-smoking life; fear that you will be so grouchy that no one will want to associate with you; fear that you will never again enjoy life’s pleasures in the same way.

Let me assure you that when you change the way you see and feel about cigarettes, the above concerns will vanish. As a non-smoker I enjoy a glass of wine, a cold beer, talking on the telephone, socializing at a bar, working on my computer and relaxing on the couch after a meal, infinitely more now than I did when I had to have my “mandatory” cigarette. In fact, the thought of needing a cigarette with any of those pleasures is unfathomable to me today and has been ever since I quit smoking. Let me assure you that you will view cigarettes and their role in your life very differently by the time you’re only halfway through this program. I might also emphatically add, that it will be you, not me, and not this program, that will have created your new way of thinking.

I am not going to ask you to butt out. I am not even going to suggest that you cut back on the number of cigarettes that you presently smoke. Smoke all you want and then some, after all, since smoking is such a “pleasurable” pastime, let’s really enjoy ourselves.

I hope you have had the opportunity to read 29 DAYS ... to a habit you want! because it explains many of the concepts behind the philosophy and approach to changing our habitual way of thinking. We are the result of our thoughts and by changing our thoughts we can make or break any habit in a simple and permanent way. Change your thoughts and you change your world.

29 DAYS ... to a habit you want! also explains why our inner-self will try to resist change. In a nutshell, you will not need willpower, you will not be asked to experience withdrawal pain and you will not be given a drop-dead date to quit smoking. Any form of change in your lifestyle will be determined by you and your new way of thinking.

This program is designed to completely alter the way you view cigarettes and the “mystical” and “invisible” power they presently hold over you.  I was once where you are right now so I know exactly how you feel. Cigarettes have absolutely zero appeal to me now, and it won’t be long before they have zero appeal to you as well.

Your 29 DAYS program has been divided into four weeks, with each week building on the previous week. Each week you will be creating new neuron tracks or pathways into your subconscious mind, and embedding new ways of thinking and acting. In a surprisingly short period of time your view of cigarettes will be radically different from what it is now. The invisible hold that cigarettes presently have over you will be gone and you will be rid of them forever.

In the first week we want to establish two things: commitment and awareness. You have to be committed to quitting smoking, or no power in the universe can cause a change.

Note: If you don’t really, really want to be free of cigarettes right now, then I ask you to put this program aside until you feel absolutely certain you want to be free.

If, however, you are committed to breaking free of your addiction, then welcome. You’re about to experience one of life’s most exciting achievements––real freedom from cigarettes!

Here’s an overview of the next four weeks:

Week One – Commitment and Awareness Week

Through simple observation and awareness, you will begin to notice when and why you smoke. You’ll begin to notice and understand your present thoughts, desires, fears and the perceived pleasures you associate with smoking. Without awareness we cannot change our thoughts. Awareness is the first law of learning, transformation and growth. This week will also help you to build a strong foundation of commitment that will support you in the coming weeks.

Week Two – Preparation Week

Now that you have established awareness of your smoking patterns, and you know your heart and mind are totally committed to achieving your goal, week two is designed to prepare you for action. You will begin to ask yourself simple but vital questions. These questions and observations will open your eyes to the mistaken assumptions and fears that have kept you hostage to smoking. By day ten or eleven you will be forming powerful new thought patterns. Your self-confidence and personal power will begin to show signs of life!

Week Three - Taking Action

By now you’ll want to take action, and that is precisely the time to take it! If for any reason you’re not ready to quit smoking you’ll be guided back to an earlier part of the program. You will not be asked to do anything you’re not totally ready and committed to doing. If you’re like most people, you’ll be anxious to apply your new knowledge and begin to enjoy your new life of freedom that you so richly deserve.

Week Four – Staying the Course

This week is about driving home the concept that you’re a non-smoker. You’ll begin to know that you’ll never be hostage to smoking again, in fact, it will no longer be possible for you to return to your old thought patterns, habits and desires. You will be completely free of the invisible hold cigarettes and smoking once held over you.

Before we begin the program there is one final thing I want you to consider. When it comes to quitting smoking there are just two kinds of people: those who successfully quit and those who do not. Whatever the outcome, your intrinsic worth remains the same. You are not a failure. You do not lack willpower. These factors have NOTHING to do with your ability to quit smoking. In order to lose all desire to smoke you have to successfully reprogram your thoughts, habits and beliefs. Not everyone succeeds every time. Should you not succeed on this attempt––for any reason––you can take heart that you have tried. This is a programming issue, not a measure of personal weakness.

But let’s not go there. If you show up every day for the next twenty-nine days, the odds are heavily stacked in your favor that you will become a non-smoker.

Quitting smoking is a process rather than a single act or event. You will be taken through a process that will work if you’re committed to be free of your addiction.

I’m telling you this because too often in life we are so afraid of failure that we fail to even try. There is however one thing in life that is virtually certain, if you don’t try you will never succeed at anything. The more you try, the more you learn and the more you succeed.

Your body will thank you for making the effort. In twenty-nine days you will be a non-smoker.
