$193 Billion... up in smoke!

According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), smoking cigarettes costs $96 billion in direct medical costs and $97 billion in lost productivity.

What does that mean for individuals? The CDC puts a $3,383 price tag on each employee who smokes: $1,760 in lost productivity and $1,623 in excess medical expenditures. Plus there’s the toll of secondhand smoke, which costs an estimated $490 per smoker per year.

The Dollar Cost

Direct costs of employee smoking are increased absenteeism, decreased produc- tivity, increased life insurance premiums and designated smoking area costs.

  • Businesses pay an average of $2,189 in worker’s compensation costs for smokers, compared with $176 for nonsmokers.
  • Smokers miss an average of 6.16 days of work per year due to illness; nonsmokers miss an average 3.86 days per year.

The Time Cost

  • The average smoker consumes 19 cigarettes per day.
  • About five of those cigarettes will be smoked during work hours. Assuming three will be smoked during designated breaks (morning, lunch, afternoon), two will be smoked during non designated times.
  • Studies show the averge time to smoke a cigarette is 10 minutes, plus five minutes to travel to and from the smoking area. That means a total of 30 minutes is lost to the smoking ritual each day.

The Solution

The greatest obstacle to quitting smoking is fear––fear that quitting will mean being sentenced to a lifetime of craving. Most smokers have tried to quit in the past. Unless they understood how to change their beliefs about smoking, they experienced anxiety and withdrawal––the very feelings that reinforce the false belief that cigarettes contribute to the enjoyment of life.

The 29 DAYS system breaks this endless loop by taking the smoker on a journey of self-discovery so that they see their addiction from a different light.

After just 72 hours of not smoking, the nicotine levels in the body are almost entirely gone, so quitting smoking is more of a mental challenge than a physical one.

This amazing 29 Days program will:

  • Help smokers see their false beliefs about cigarettes.
  • Show what smokers will gain by quitting, rather than what they'll be giving up.
  • Gently guide participants toward the day when they'll be free from cigarettes for the rest of their lives!

In just 29 Days you’ll change your beliefs about cigarettes and consequently your desire to smoke. You’ll be healthier, happier, and most importantly FREE from all desire to ever pick up a cigarette again!
