The Cost
According to the Society of Actuaries, the annual economic cost of overweight and obesity in North America is $300 billion. Associated costs were:
- Increased need for medical care – $127 billion
- Loss of worker productivity due to:
- higher rates of death – $49 billion
- disability of active workers – $43 billion
- total disability – $72 billion
- Yearly medical costs of obesity have ballooned by more than 80% over a five year period.
According to a 2010 study by Duke University titled “The Costs of Obesity in the Workplace,” lead researcher Dr. Eric Finkelstein wrote: “Much work has already shown the high costs of obesity in medical expenditures and absenteeism, but our findings are the first to measure the incremental costs of presenteeism for obese individuals––the lost productivity when employees try to work despite health problems. We found that the greater the obesity in an individual, the higher the medical costs.”

The 29 DAYS system is not a diet. Instead, it re-educates your brain to think differently so you can act and eat differently. You’ll learn to wipe away old eating habits at your own pace, and replace them with healthy new ones you’ll keep for a lifetime.
In just 29 days you will:
- Learn how to savor your favorite foods––no food is off limits
- Enjoy eating in moderation without binging or guilt trips
- Find out the amazing ways water can help you shed pounds
- Figure out how to deal with the inevitable plateaus and setbacks
- Live the rest of your life at your perfect weight––effortlessly
As world famous psychiatrist and author David Hawkins wrote in Healing and Recovery;
“The body is an effect of what happens in the mind. Consequently, attempts to solve the weight problem, which are addressed to the body only, are notoriously unsuccessful.”
